News from CPI

Messieurs,

http://www.gambler.ru/plus/tavlei/

S.Yushkevitch,

CPI FMJD President

Dear Sirs,

The CPI FMJD has finished its work on the International Rules (RI) of Problemism. We present the French text of the RI now. The English text will be published as soon as the editing process, now in progress, has been finished; the major stumbling block is the absence from the English language of a number of specific terms, which we have to choose or, where necessary, to create.
The Russian text of the RI is to be found at the TAVLEI website: http://www.gambler.ru/plus/tavlei/

The CPI FMJD is grateful to people who helped in the work for the the International Rules (RI) of Problemism : P.Shkludov, B.Ivanov (Belarus), G.Hubner (Belgium), J.Ceron, G.Dumas, C.Romon, A.Vermeulen (France), J.Reade(Great Britain), A.Kaciuska (Lithuania), J.Bus, E.van Dusseldorp, R.Mulder, D.de Ruiter, A.van der Stoep (Netherlands), I.Bugaev, M.Levandovsky, B.Fedorov (Ukraine), A.Rom (U.S.A.).

Further the CPI FMJD presents, in French and English, the advertisement of the First Personal World Championship of Problemism, which is run in accordance with the RI. The Russian text of this advertisement is to be found at the TAVLEI website.

The CPI invites all draught players, all problemists and all amateurs of draught to take part in the First Personal World Championship of Problemism. This Championship is open to everybody.

You are welcome to the First Personal World Championship of Problemism !

With best regards,

S.Yushkevitch,
