On Wednesday December 12, the second SportAccord World Mind Games will begin in Beijing.
In anticipation of this worldclass mindsports event, SportAccord in close collaboration with sponsors Samsung and Swatch organized an online competition for the five participating mindsports draughts, chess, bridge, go and xiangqi.

As last year, the SportAccord Online Draughts Competition was organized by FMJD on www.playdraughts.com. The competition consisted of two elements:

A. The SportAccord Online Action where every player who played a minimum of five games – no matter the result - during the action period received a ticket in a lottery with the main prize being a trip to the SportAccord World Mind Games in Beijing , the second prize a Samsung Galaxy Tab and the third prize a Swatch watch série spéciale SportAccord World Mind Games.

B. The SportAccord Cup where every day two online blitz tournaments were being organized as part of the SportAccord Cup. The more tournaments people took part in and the better they performed, the higher they finished in the rankings of the SportAccord Cup.

It is with great pleasure that FMJD on the eve of the start of the SportAccord World Mind Games in Beijing announces the prize winners of the SportAccord Online Action and the SportAccord Cup.
